Hired Attorney

Chris is very knowledgeable of the real estate assessment process and the appeal process. He has represented me numerous times and we have a high percentage of prevailing and maintaining our assessments. He is always available to answer questions either by phone or email. We have a very good working relationship.

He handled my case with extreme knowledge and competence. I knew what to expect each step of the way. I especially appreciated that he was able to anticipate the plaintiff's next step and advise me of possible outcomes under a variety of scenarios. His rates seemed high at the time, but in hindsight, were worth every penny. I was satisfied with the end results of my litigation.
