Hired Attorney

Working with this attorney has been the most disappointing and terrible experience that we have EVER had with an attorney. Aletha NEVER communicates with us. She was my mother in law's guardian. My mother in law was in an assistant living facility. Due to Aletha's irresponsibility and lack of communication, my mother in law was in hospice at least a week and passed away all alone. During this time, the family wasn't allowed to speak to my mother in law and the facility could not release any info until they had contacted Aletha. Needless to say Aletha didnt answer any calls until it eas too late. My mother in law had passed. NOW she refuses to answer the funeral directors calls for payment of burial. Aletha stated the funds were available for payment.. she just refuses to pay or contact anyone. I highly recommend NOT hiring Aletha and if you are dealing with her get out while you can.
