From 1997 thru 2003, I was both a prosecuting attorney for Montgomery County as well as civil attorney for Montgomery County, defending State and Federal suits against the county. From 2003 until the end of 2018, I was a partner at Darden, Fowler & Creighton, LLP, the oldest firm in Montgomery County. Begining January 1, 2019, I opened Rosenquist Law Firm, PLLC, and I handle all ares of family law, including divorce, custody, child support, and adoptions. I handle cases in Montgomery County and all surrounding counties, including Harris, Walker, San Jacinto, and Grimes. Several evenings a month, I also serve as the Municipal Court Judge for the cities of Magnolia and Montgomery.

Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.I walked into this process feeling very confused and unsure of what steps to take, but Robert and his entire firm guided me every step of the way. From the beginning, they were patient, compassionate, and always willing to explain things clearly so I could understand my options. Communication was consistent, and I never felt ignored or left in the dark. Robert made a stressful situation feel manageable and helped me feel confident in the decisions being made. I truly appreciated the professionalism, responsiveness, and support throughout the entire process and would highly recommend him to anyone needing legal guidance
Best lawyer in Conroe. He Helped me win my custody case which was not an easy battle. Robert is the best and Sandy his secretary is so helpful. Would recommend him to anyone needing legal assistance.
Robert and his office staff were amazing! They were so easy to work with, have great communication, & are very knowledgeable. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Robert every single time!
At the recommendation of another attorney, we reached out to Robert to assist in our case. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We had good communication via phone and email. We value his advice and would definitely use him again.
My case was a very difficult case to win. I was fighting a 7 year old a horrible custody order. Robert's firm and team (John Herbig) was instrumental in securing custody for me. They were very detailed with the modification agreement. They suggested the best Amicus and Mediator to handle our case due to the difficulty. John went line by line with me on the modification agreement and made sure that all the wording was in a way I wouldn't get penalized in the end. I am forever grateful for the way my case was handled with this firm!
Robert Rosenquist is the best of the best when it comes to family law! I first hired Robert a few years ago to guide me through divorce and child custody modifications. He was upfront and honest throughout the process, answering any questions or concerns I may have had.
I have retained Robert for several different cases (family law) since 2017. He is worth every penny he charges and if you want someone who knows what they are doing look no further. I have known and watched several people hire incompetent and inexperienced counsel and they reap unfavorable results. Nothing is guaranteed in the legal arena but Robert will give you a considerable advantage.
Mr. Rosenquist and his staff stayed in communication and were very responsive to my situation. He was very knowledgeable of the law, and familiar with the courts/procedures in Montgomery county. I found Mr. Rosenquist to be honest and didn't attempt to tie the court up with nonsense. It was apparent to me he had earned good reputation in the courtroom and the respect of Judges. I highly recommend.
If you are looking for a go getter this ain't it. If you want to get a fair deal this ain't it. The divorce lawyers in Conroe and The Woodlands are in a club that pads their wallets, it is like a game you cannot win. All i was looking for was fair deal. Didn't work to good for me!
During my initial appointment with Robert Rosenquist, he promised that he would do everything he could to make sure I received a fair trial. However, he also told me, "80% of people who think they are going to trial end up settling in mediation." I told him I wanted a trial. He promised to give me a trial. In preparation for the court hearings and trial, I sent him documents and emails. He did not respond. He told me he did not have time to answer my concerns. He did not give me advice.
