I was highly dissatisfied with the service at this office. Communication was consistently poor, often requiring 2 or 3 follow-up emails, with a 2-day wait between each, to get a response. Simple customer service, such as acknowledging the email and noting a time delay, would have been appreciated. To make matters worse, I was charged for these follow-up emails caused by their lack of communication. Additionally, despite being explicitly told that all parties would come in to receive the papers, they served them anyway, causing unnecessary tension and charging for their mistake. Furthermore, paperwork was not completed in a timely manner and contained incorrect changes, with specific details about page and paragraph errors provided. Their service and customer service were poor, and they seem to find every possible way to impose charges. I do not recommend this office.
