He was fast to get the transport to the hospital. And he had all the bills placed in holding till the insurance company sent the checks for the medical bills. Engaging to talk with and he sets the words he uses to the person he's talking to, but in a way that's not belittling.

The attorney and legal assistants were very helpful in completing our case. The personal injuries were important and my husband and I were treated like people with needs and concerns. I thank all those at David Kohm's office who were so helpful in fulfilling the needs as they were required.

The cost for services is very reasonable. The communication is almost nonexistent! Will not keep you up-to-date on process, never returns any calls and if you do end up getting a hold of a associate you get nothing but negative attitude and the feeling of you are bothering them with your meaningless questions.

The paraleagal was not very informative. she could not answer our questions. We asked about a situation and they told us we had to call the creditor ourselves.We thought we were paying them for these problems. We were not satisfied with them.

Calls not returned timely, does not stay in touch with client. Passed from person to person without letting me know I have a new contact person.
