I am beyond grateful that I was put in touch with Ryan for legal advice, and then, to work with me as my attorney. Going through the pain of divorce and the brain fog that comes with it left me in a very vulnerable place. Ryan’s kindness, patience, and her integrity throughout the laborious process lifted a significant load off my shoulders. I had no doubt she was watching out for my best interest while graciously educating me along the way and respecting my wishes. I know several friends who worked with other attorneys in different law firms, and learning of their experiences has made it even more obvious that it was true blessing to have her guidance and representation. I do not wish divorce on anyone, but I do hope that if it should happen, others would have someone with Ryan’s knowledgeable and compassionate character to help navigate the hardship and confusion that often follows.

Alexander was also very timely in communicating so no time was ever wasted. Most importantly he advised me in my best interest but was also supportive if I wanted to do something different.

My experience with Mr. Timothy Alexander was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and made sure I understood every aspect of my case. He informed me of some laws that I never knew. Which saved me a lot of stress, time, and money. He handled my case thoroughly with documentations, dates, timeline, financial history, communication. Everything required for me to ultimately win. He updated me at all times of any changes and always gave me solid advice. When they say listen to your lawyer, I definitely did that and came out with exactly what I asked for and was entitled to. We did this all without stepping one foot into a court room. I would recommend Mr. Alexander to anyone that needs solid advice and to represent them. I’m happy with mr. Alexander and the Beal law firm overall. Thank you again.

I have been through a legal battle to have the parental rights revoked for children’s father. Andrew McAlester has been absolutely amazing in this crazy and tedious process. The judge put us through every single obstacle possible and through it all Andrew kept me informed of what our next step was and ensured I stayed protected throughout the process. Andrew is the best lawyer I’ve had going through child custody issues hands down! I was able to completely trust him through this process. I highly recommend Andrew McAlester for any custody issues!

The Beal Law Firm came highly recommended to me by another attorney. My initial visits were with Eric Beal, however through the process, I took time out to ensure that divorce, this my second, was the right course. Once my mind was made up, I came back to the Beal Law Firm and was introduced to attorney Tim Alexander. Finding the best attorney one can afford was critical to my divorce. Tim made the difference between feeling like I was going this alone and uninformed, to having an advocate to protect me and my best interests. Divorce is hard no matter what you have or don’t have. Tim’s experience and sound council definitely made the process less stressful, he kept me informed and on task, Tim checked in regularly and saw the process through to the end, even in the midst of a pandemic.
