Hired Law Firm

I have tried since jan 12th to speak with / see the attorney that the Taylor firm said would be the one to handle my situation. he has NEVER called me back - I finally got an appointment 1/22-and he still was not there ; paid 150.00 to speak with a lady that was NOT a probate atty. she took notes , said he would call me back , he never did , called and left another message 02/06 and as of 02/18 still have not heard from him or anyone - 02/18 - left another message
