Our Family was put into a tough situation where we needed to get a personalized Power of Attorney right away for a family member who is in critical condition. We made one phone call to Attorney Jake Hinkins & was told to come into his office & he'll take care of us. I spent 15 minutes in his office giving him information he needed & our POA form was put together perfectly. He explained what we needed to do & got help right away. He did this as a favor to us & we couldn't be more grateful!

Jake Hinkins handled my divorce. Honestly, I'm not exaggerating when I tell you he was a miracle worker!! He was able to come in to a mess and clean things up that my first attorney had royally messed up. He was able to get decisions reversed that I thought were going to be impossible to fix. His was able to make good, solid, logical, arguments that were well thought out and creative. His advice is tempered. He never set unrealistic expectations but always over delivered. Highly Recommend!
