Thankfully with the professionalism and expertise of the lawyers at Pearson, Butler, Carson, & Cook our Chapter 7 Bankruptcy went very quickly and smoothly. Best of all they never belittled us or made us feel dumb. At each step of the way they were there to hold our hand through the whole process. We recommend that anyone who is considering a bankruptcy take the time to meet with the attorneys at Pearson, Butler, Carson, & Cook.

Unorganized, don’t respond to communication via email or phone message. Took two weeks to get the supervisor to respond to a complaint when I was told I would hear back in two business days. The worst customer service I have ever received from any kind of business ever in my lifetime. I was on hold with them for 45 minutes for a telephone appointment that they arranged to have with me, only to talk to a paralegal that knew nothing about my case. They emailed me someone else’s divorce documents with private info on accident. Couldn’t manage to appropriately file a mutually agreed upon stipulation in over a year and didn’t realize it hadn’t been even after repeated inquiries over months. Terrible law firm. Go anywhere else.

Hired Attorney Geoffrey Dietrich

Geoffrey Dietrich has the absolute best personality during your initial meeting at which he collects his retainer. After that, however, don't expect him to return a phone call nor email. I had to repeatedly contact his firm's partners to get any kind of response.

I hired pearson and butler to handle a case of mine, they got the case settlement over 19 days ago and still on the 20th day still have not got my money... I got excuses like the attorney forgot to enter in his amount to be taken out, then i got well i forgot and was sick it will be here tuesday, then the last time i got well it will be here this tuesday next week cause we only do payouts on tuesday after they screwed up the second time..... now on the third time hoping for a tuesday delivery all while my money is sitting in pearson and butlers account i got another nope for the third time this tuesday. they have my money and are not paying me when they were paid IN FULL FOR THEIR COMPENSATION while the client is still waiting to get his money 20 days later!!!! do not fall for their b.s reviews on their site.... here’s a true one They are not giving me my money they owe me, literally because their own incompetence at this point!

Kyle Adams is horrible attorney. Does not respond to emails or phone calls. His paralegal would sometimes respond, but then she followed the same work ethic as Kyle and stopped responding. I had to email the partners twice and they finally got back to me with another attorney to work on my case. The other attorney responded and was good. However, if you want any attention you have to email the partners and that's a horrible way to run a law firm. In addition, if you go with these guys expect Jef

Contacted Pearson Butler for collecting debt from another party. Not only did they take almost two years and got me $12. I had to follow-up with them more than 15 times. They wouldn't respond many times. In fact, Kyle Adam our attorney was beyond horrific. He wouldn't respond, wouldn't work on our case and would continue to charge us money for reviewing our case every week. I even emailed the partners two times and no response. The entire operation is poorly run top to bottom.
