Reviews for Paul
Have you consulted or hired this lawyer?
Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.I contacted Paul after I was pulled over for speeding in Kosciusko County. The cop smelled weed in my car, and I admitted to having a small quantity in my console. I mistakenly thought I was facing just a small fine, but possession is still a crime in Indiana! Paul got me a Pretrial Diversion. Basically, I stayed out of trouble, and the case was eventually dismissed. Definitely call Paul if you get arrested in Indiana! BTW, I found him through NORML.
I can't believe how great a criminal lawyer Judge Paul Stanko is! He downplays his experience ("I have been practicing over 40 years, so sometimes I get it right!"--actual quote) but there really is no substitute for experience! One thing I noticed every time we went to court was how much respect everyone in the courts showed him. It was obvious that everybody in the system appreciates his knowledge and experience. I can't imagine that a less accomplished or respected lawyer would have gotten me the amazing deal he got. When he told me what he had accomplished, I thought he was joking at first. I hope I never need him again, but will tell anyone I know that Judge Paul Stanko is the one to see for criminal cases in Plymouth. He is brilliant, confident, professional, and an all around great human being.
Paul is an exceptional lawyer. You can tell that he has lots of experience just by the way he acts in the courtroom. He helped me with a misdemeanor case, and the plea bargain that I accepted was much less than what I expected. Also, you can call or text him, which makes it easy to communicate on the fly. I'd definitely recommend Paul Stanko as an attorney. Hopefully, I won't need him again, but if I do, he'd be the one that I'd contact.
From the first day that I called Mr. Stanko, in need of his services, he was very quick to respond. He was direct about his fees and the expectations of the process of my case. When I had to go to court, Mr. Stanko was at my side and knew exactly what the score was. He made sure that everything happened promptly, in fact, on one occasion, he even got me out of the courthouse 5 minutes before I was set to appear. Overall, I was very satisfied with my involvement with Mr. Stanko.
Paul was very quick to respond via email/phone. I had never hired an attorney prior to hiring Paul. He made the judge and jury watch in awe. Neither he nor I knew we would be going to a Jury Trial that day. I had never been through anything like this.Paul did well making me feel at ease and I knew I could trust him. Watching Paul in action in the court room was AMAZING. I wish I had it on film. He is brilliant! The outcome of my case was Due to Paul! There is not enough room on here to praise him
My driving record was horrible when I was young, and by the time I was 30, I was a habitual traffic violator with a 10 year license suspension. To make matters worse, I then got arrested for driving with that suspension. I finally decided to contact a lawyer who specializes in that kind of case, and found Mr. Stanko.
At our first meeting, we went over my entire driving record, as well as all of the facts from my arrest. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, which I gue
Judge Stanko took my drunk driving case in Elkhart County and made the best of the situation I got myself into. A lot of attorneys I called would not even take a case in Elkhart, but he does not seem to be afraid of anything. My first advice is Stay out of Elkhart County! But if you go there and get in trouble, you will need a good lawyer to save you. He doesn't back down from anyone.
I retained Mr. Stanko for a marijuana possession charge I got while passing through Indiana. The prosecutor wanted me to pay a fine and serve probation as well as have the conviction on my record. I had never been in trouble before and did not want a conviction. Mr. Stanko recommended that I do an open plea to possession and ask the judge for a conditional discharge. I took his advice and the judge went along with that. A year later the judge dismissed the charge after I stayed out of trouble. I
Mr Stanko took the time to understand my side of the issue. He told me what I could expect and he was able to get me an even better outcome. He was very thorough and made sure I understood the process at each part of the process.
This Lawyer is Ultra Professional, Timely. Honest. He handles everything quickly, accurately, helped me get my bonds back in a timely manner, even corrected a court error as it related to my bond amount. That was ONE case he handled for me. The second case he handled for me without even charging me a fee. This has Never happened before in my life. His rates were very very reasonable to begin with and the fact he even offered a freebie on the second case is AMAZING....highly recommended
