Mr. Keep told me an upcoming court date would simply be a hearing to set the date of a trial. Mr. Keep called me the morning of the hearing to say the trial was on, and I needed to get to the court house asap. I asked him to postpone the trial, because he had not interviewed any witnesses, had not subpoenaed anyone to appear, and in general was not prepared in anyway to represent me at a trial. Despite that, he chose to move forward, and we lost.
