This attorney provided valuable, practical advice during both of the consultations I scheduled with him.
Excellent attorney very precise and a pleasure to work with. Dan and Morris wire veré very knowledgeable in their work and I would hire them again in a he
Morris took on my difficult case because he genuinely believed in my position and wanted to provide me my best opportunity for success. I always felt that my my welfare alone was the driving force in all decisions and was able to fully place my trust in Mr. Fischer.
Mr. Fischer has represented me in a very difficult and complicated whistleblower/retaliation case before the MSPB. I found Mr. Fischer to be extremely well versed in all aspects of the law, aggressive(on my behalf)and extremely passionate about my case. It was evident from day one that Mr. Fischer takes "ownership" of his cases and is willing to do whatever it takes (ethically and professionally) to secure the best possible outcome for his clients. I would most highly recommend him.
Mr. Fischer handled my case as plaintiff's lawyer for an EEO complaint for reprisal against a federal agency where I was employed. Before he accepted my case, he listened patiently and carefully to my perspective, asked thoughtful questions, and responded enthusiastically. I immediately felt like I finally had someone in my corner after enduring several months of retaliation from my employer. Mr. Fischer's self-published book Maximize Your Employment Lawsuit, provided free to me as a client, and his free online videos helped me understand the process and avoid missteps as I cooperated in the investigation, collected my own evidence to support my case, and interacted with the defendant daily for 2 1/2 years waiting for the case to be adjudicated. Mr. Fischer charged a fair price and billed his time accurately. He provided timely counsel, filed items on time, and demonstrated tenacity, specialized knowledge of the federal system, and a supportive, personal approach.
Morris took my case, against a very powerful agency, when he had every reason not, during a very difficult time in my career when I needed it most. He is a brilliant guy, an impeccable legal expert, has a great personality and he is very honest and upfront about what he can or cannot do for you upfront. When the managers and agency through every trick and curve-ball at him, he destroyed them with legal competency and skill that quite impressed me. His staff was very professional and organized--and Morris personally got back to me when I expressed needing to speak with him, despite being a very busy attorney. He saved my career, and took a chance on my case, and I will never forget him for it. He is one of the best employment lawyers in the DC area, and I highly recommend him - he is worth every penny. Trust and believe, he does not scare easily, and can roll with the big dogs in a professional but serious way. I was very lucky to have him!

He's very knowledgeable and personable. Would use again
Morris Fischer is a force to be reckoned with and you want him working for you. First, he is a master of the EEO and MSPB processes. You don't have to figure it out on your own or even understand it. He and his impressive team will walk you through it every step of the way. Second, he is a master of legal argument. I am an attorney myself and I can tell you that his written arguments are succinct, well sourced and compelling. And third, he has beaten the government so many times it must be intimidating to many government lawyers who just don't want to deal with his aggressive style. If you have a federal employment issue of any kind, call this man today.
