I was involved in a multi vehicle accident were I was injured and vehicle was totaled. Mr.Siegel ensured me that I was in good hands and not to worry. He was very responsive to any questions I had and kept me informed every step of the way. He always had a professional, courtesy, and patient demeanor whenever I spoke to or had interaction with him. He achieved the best possible outcome in my case. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I would use his services in the future.

When I came and met partner Ira Sherman, I thought I was damaged goods. I had previous surgeries and thought that I would not be able to recover for the injuries that I had suffered as a result of an automobile accident. I met Allan Siegel when a lawsuit had to be filed because the insurance company only offered $1,500. He explained everything to me every step of the way. He obtained a fair settlement and minimized the risk and the expenses that I incurred. I am truly grateful.

They also learned of, and advanced to opposing counsel and our mediator, a novel legal theory that I believe helped in getting me a very good settlement. They carefully listened to me, "got" my case, and were able to communicate my issues to our mediator in a way that was both comprehensive and persuasive without exaggerating or going overboard. All of the education in the world doesn't prepare you for the fear and pain that comes with an injury that limits your ability to move around on your own. Mr. Siegel focused on my case as if it was his only case!
