This attorney was very well organized and made the filing of Chapter 7 bankruptcy almost routine, while still requiring significant amounts of information as would be expected. Both Kristie, the paralegal, and Mr. Levy were extremely helpful and there at every step to assist me in understanding the specific questions asked by the Court and the Trustee and allowed me to easily understand the purpose of the questions and how the answers would affect the issues. Overall, even though we are still dealing with one issue due to a misplacement of one form by the Mortgage Company, we are dealing with that one hangover issue and I have already been discharged a month ago.
