Hired Attorney Carl H. Franklin

He did nothing for me in my custody battle for my son. I am a federal employee, with no criminal background, a steady home at great location in texas. While the judge order my son to live with my ex husband who has been fired as a police officer on 3 different occasions, one for which was terminated for sexual conduct of a student. My son doesn't even have his own room he sleeps with my ex husband which is disturbing and unsettling. I did not have adequit council.
