At first I thought he was going to do a great job and get things done. After many, many months and thousands of dollars, he had not gotten anything done and had refused to submit documents that proved the mental health disabilities my ex husband has. He wasted valuable time and money.

Hired Attorney John H. Nix

i hired john nix to represent my son. $5000 retainer. I expected him to negotiate in my sons best interest. When I was unable to pay an additional $10000 he stopped working in our favor. I expressed my displeasure in his due diligence. Surprisingly with a smirk in court he stated, "that he could win the trial easily". Sadly my son was prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
