Hired Attorney

Garland Cardwell is possibly one of the worst attorneys in the state of Texas, if not in the United States of America. He is Apathetic, untrustworthy and possibly might be working with the prosecutor in order to convict you. If you are innocent of a crime he will guarantee you a conviction and if you are guilty he will guarantee you the maximum punished allowed by laws. He is slouchy, sloppy and his preparation for trial begins after the trial started. In other words please do not trust him.

He doesn't return phone calls to the families or the defendant and secretary doesn't give a name when she answers phone also another red flag
