Hired Attorney David German

David and his firm were responsive and professional from intake to completion of the case. David’s initial advice proved to be very accurate and we ended up with a very sizable recovery to help pay for residential treatment for our child. Along the way it was made very clear he knew the process, the mediators, and the judges well. You have to be patient through the process but if you have a school district telling you “no” in an IEP or delaying an IEP, contact David’s firm. They’ll give you sound advice and take strong cases on a contingent arrangement. Unfortunately, a strong case means your child has serious problems. But if you do have a child with serious mental health or other issues strongly consider an IEP and David’s firm if you get the run-around. Thanks again David.
