Working with David German was nothing short of wonderful. At every turn David met us with compassion, expertise and reassurance. He saw us, and our child and made sure we were properly cared for. David navigated the system for results we didn't know were possible. As parents, all you want is to do what is right for your child, to meet them where they are and to provide them with the best. David German's advocacy is the best of the best. We couldn't be more grateful.

David German was beyond instrumental in all aspects of helping us through a very tricky situation for our child's special needs placement. He was so thoughtful, thorough and learnt our child and went above and beyond what we expected. Our son would not have had a positive outcome if we had not engaged his services.

A lawyer said my case is too complicated and David said I will write up the proposal end of school year. When I read what he wrote I cried because for the first time I knew that he knew what I have gone through this made me cry, but of relief that I had found the right lawyer. He is professional, respectful, kind and easy to talk to. He is respected in the District and he knows how to help parents directly and indirectly by empowering them. His assistance Rafaella is amazing. She connected me to an advocate who empowered me more about self-determination. The only thing I wish I would have done is find him and his law firm sooner. I highly recommend David!

We had a very good experience with David as he guided us through a process that was unfamiliar. He was available to address our questions and we found his advice to be excellent. In addition to his legal expertise, we benefitted from his understanding of the process that LAUSD takes you through. If you are looking for someone who will guide you through a successful settlement with LAUSD, David is your attorney. We appreciated his commitment to finding appropriate consequences for the case.

As a mother of a child with special needs I’ve retained counsel on more than one occasion for various reasons. My experience with David German was the best out of them all. He really seemed to understand the situation and he managed to do all the work and make it look easy. I didn’t have to do much and he was able to obtain a result exceeding my expectations.

David is the most personable and effective attorney I have ever worked with. I have 2 boys with special needs and over the years have dealt with various issues regarding their education. For several years, I have avoided filing against the district since the process is inevitably stressful and unpleasant. David got everything we needed and even more than we expected. We are very fortunate to have him as our attorney. I highly recommend him - he should be your first choice.

David was incredibly helpful in obtaining the services I needed for my daughter. He asked a lot of questions and fully understood what our needs were and answered all of our questions along the way. He is very familiar with the educational system and everyone involved in making decision, this allowed him to make a very strong case that was resolved quickly. I highly recommend him, he cares a lot about his clients and I felt very supported and comfortable working with him.

David supported my family through one of the most difficult times in our lives. He was caring, compassionate and believed in our child. He expertly negotiated through our crisis and guided us into a better school environment for my child. Since then, my child has excelled academically and improved socially. David has made a great positive impact on my child’s life.

I cannot say enough about David German! He is a wonderful attorney. He got us a better resuIt than we expected...twice. I am an educator, in the world of special education, and he was recommended to me by our district's in-house legal counsel, who I work a lot with (the other side from David), which says a lot! He is really smart, but not condescending at all! He explains things in a way that non- legal minds can understand. He was recommended to us as someone who was fair, wanted the best thing for the child, and was not into just raising the bill for the client as high as possible. He is very level headed (often with words of wisdom when I would become upset with all of the things the district was doing that they shouldn't have been doing) I cannot recommend him highly enough. Amazing!

Just have to say that David is one of THE BEST educational attorneys out there. He is insightful and assertive when it came to handling our case and we always felt confidence in his knowledge of the public and private school system as he always knew exactly what we needed to do and how to do it. We received outstanding service and professionalism from him and the results of our case prove just how good he really is! So thankful we were referred to him from multiple parents in and around LA County as they all agree that he is extremely effective in cases dealing with special needs children. We saw him as a 'legal surgeon'. He is precise, knowledgeable, and completely in control of frustrating situations which can arise from dealing with the school district. He delivered unprecedented results with the outcome we received from our case and I don't think the school district knew what hit them! I would not hesitate to recommend David to anyone needing an educational attorney.
