After searching the internet for a real estate attorney, this firm had very high recommendations. I spoke with Margaux immediately who in turn put me in contact with Atty. Murphy. He has an awesome staff with Margaux and Karen Schnyder. Karen kept me abreast of all the steps throughout this transaction. Truly a great asset. Hired Attorney D. Rep DeLoach III

D. Rep DeLoach III and his staff helped us with our will several months ago. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My dad died and I had a question about his will and probate. I called and talked with April. She was easy to talk to and supportive. April understood my questions and was very knowledgeable. We emailed and called several times in order to get her all the information she needed. She forwarded this information to D. Rep DeLoach who was out of town. They answered my questions very promptly. Faster than I thought they would. Very happy with the outcome.

We were greeted with very friendly staff and found out that everyone at the office were helpful and knowledgeable. D. Rep DeLoach III listened and answered our concerns and questions. He also gave us additional information on wills that we hadn't thought of. He was friendly, responsive and supportive. We will be using him and the office again for all of our legal needs.

Mr. Murphy came highly recommended for advice and guidance for real estate issues we experienced during a prolonged and stressful mortgage refinance with our bank. He was totally approachable, extremely professional, responsive, knowledgeable and intervened with clarity. The follow-through by his entire staff (Karen Snyder and Margaux) was exemplary of what customer service means -- especially in these times. Karen called us regularly to keep us abreast of the status of our issues. That kind of reassurance was extremely comforting during a stressful time. Mr. Murphy personally proofed the final closing documents. Needless to say, we were impressed with the entire staff and would definitely recommend Mr. Murphy.

I Googled legal services and searched online sites for a week looking for a firm that could address a few topics that my wife and I need to manage. My criteria are as follows and in order. • Coverage and professional experience in property law, and estates • The ability to represent us in America and abroad • Attitude and professionalism • Price • Locations and proximity to our home • Providing a solution and building a relationship for any future legal requirements Joe called on time and he was prepared beyond my expectations and offered insight and options that I had not heard from any of the others. He reviewed my requirements in detail before our call and didn’t ask for a dime in return. Our family will be contacting Joe and the Deloach, Hofstra + Cavonis firm for our needs to set up a meeting. As I’ve mentioned they are also local to our area, so the relationship and community aspect is a bonus and that’s important to me.
