I recently had the privilege of working with a young probate and estate litigation attorney, and I must say that his exceptional legal expertise and dedication impressed me. However, I expected no less, as Michael is backed by many years of experience, to include his father, along with several skilled attorneys and the remarkable staff at DeLoach, Hofstra & Cavonis, P.A. I appreciated his responsiveness. He promptly answered my emails regarding questions and concerns I had about selling a Condo in a 55+ Community. He helped me understand legal terms and spoke to me in a way that made the transaction flawless from start to finish. Many emotions happen during an Estate Sale. Family members are still sad about the passing of a loved one, and they really need someone they can trust and lean on. I highly recommend Michael to anyone in need of professional legal assistance in probate, estate litigation or trust and Will administration.

We sold our home by owner, using Home Lister as the listing agent, and I was very satisfied with the support we received from Joe Murphy writing our real estate contract. We ended up having to consult him on a few occasions with questions and he was always very responsive, patient, and took the time to explain things and provided excellent advice. His paralegal, Karen Snyder, was also awesome to work with. I would highly recommend him for any real estate transactions that you need legal advice on.

My initial call was to see if I could get one of e-guides that I saw online, I was researching for more information about handling our Dad's estate. I spoke with an estate lawyer in Lake County and did not get past the multi-page retainer that said more about "hourly fees if..." than actually talking to me. I was connected with April and she right away confirmed what was needed to send me the e-guide. Further discussion, she asked a few questions and immediately helped me feel like she actually cared about what I/we were going through with the loss of my Dad. She not only provided an answer I was looking for, observed many times on other sites...we do charge a flat-fee for most probate / estate cases, but she also told me what advise they give other clients who described their estate similar to ours. Simple stuff, not much too it! Unfortunately, her firm is not able to handle clients in Lake County but I would highly recommend their services. Thank you April!! GS17Jan2023

We contacted your firm firstly to write my aunts will. It was an imminent situation. Your response was immediate. When we contacted your firm after her death, you again responded immediately. Our questions were answered by April, and that indeed put our minds at ease. At the appointment we were greeted, lead to a conference room and introduced to Mr. Cavonis and Lorry. We had many questions which were answered. We left the appointment feeling at ease and in good hands. We have already recommended your firm to another couple.
