I had previously used Joe's firm (DeLoach, Hofstra & Cavonis) in assisting my wife & I in making our wills and then, after her death, in helping me to deal with her estate. When it came time for me to sell our Florida home and return to England, I had no hesitation in turning once again to them, This time it was Joe Murphy who handled my case in conjunction with his excellent paralegal Karen Snyder. Communication was spot on at every stage and I was so happy to have Joe reviewing the contracts for sale where he explained everything to me and picked up on a number of issues that I would have completely missed on my own. They also stepped in to assist when the international wire of the sale proceeds by the Florida title company to my UK bank account went awry. Suffice to say, I have now been completely satisfied by this firm on three separate occasions and would have no hesitation in recommending them - and Joe Murphy in particular - to anyone looking for a reliable & responsive attorney

As a trustee, I needed assistance with a trust that I was managing. I had requested assistance from multiple attorneys and was not able to get assistance. Rep DeLoach, on the other hand, not only helped us resolve a trust issue for a reasonable price, he also was kind, responsive and clear regarding next steps. Mr. Murphy went above and beyond for my case. He offered sage advice and guidance which were pivotal in winning my dispute. He also assisted me in any way he possibly could, even though he didn’t even officially take my case! It’s rare these days to find good people out there, Mr. Murphy is absolutely one of them. I hope I never need an attorney again, but if I do, I will absolutely be calling Mr. Murphy to obtain his services.

My wife and I reached out to the law firm of DeLoach, Hofstra, and Cavonis to help establish estate documents – wills, financial power of attorney, healthcare power of attorney, and trusts – and were put in touch with Michelle Lianzo, Estate Planning and Elder Law Attorney. Our situation is unique in that while we are Florida residents, we travel full time in an RV. Michelle provided guidance and explained estate considerations for our situation. We weren’t planning on being in Florida anytime within the next nine months and yet we held productive zoom calls with Michelle to work through the process of establishing our estate documents. Michelle and her paralegal assistant April were prompt with answering our questions and scheduling meetings. My wife and I now feel more comfortable that our assets will be distributed as we wished and we will not burden our children with painful health issues such as whether to keep us on life support.

Joe was able to negotiate an out of court settlement which was agreeable to us. His knowledge of real estate law was invaluable and we would highly recommend him to others
