MY HUSBAND RECENTLY DIED ... HE WAS A PHYSICIST FOR THE GOVERNMENT FOR HIS ENTIRE CAREER - OPM CONTROLS THE PENSIONS WHEN WE WERE MARRIED MY HUSBAND MADE SURE THAT THE PENSION WAS APPROVED TO CONTINUE AND BE DEPOSITED IN MY ACCOUNT AFTER HIS DEATH. INSTEAD OPM QUIT SENDING THE PENSION AND HAS PUT ME IN A POSITION OF LOSING MY HOME AND OUT IN THE GUTTER AT CHRISTMAS TIME - I CALLED THE IDAHO STATE BAR AND PAID FOR A REFERRAL THEY GAVE ME ROBIE RUSSELL'S NUMBER - I CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGES WHICH WENT IGNORED UNTIL I THREATENED TO GO TO THE STATE BOARD ABOUT IT. THEN HE CALLED ... HE WAS CURT/UNFRIENDLY BUT TOLD ME TO PUT ALL THE PAPERWORK TOGETHER AND GET IT SENT TO HIM VIA E-MAIL OVER THE WEEKEND ... I DID... IT WAS ALLOT OF WORK. I WAITED UNTIL TUESDAY OF THE NEXT WEEK TO CALL HIM HOPING I WOULD HEAR FROM HIM HAS HE SAID I WOULD HE NEVER CALLED ME NOR RESPONDED TO THE THE E-MAIL HE REQUESTED I TRIED FOR A WEEK LEAVING PH MESSAGES NOTHING - TOTALLY LIED TO ME AND DESERTED ME!
