Hired Attorney

I hired Eric a few years ago for my Son. Etic was the only attorney willing to help with subrogation law. He worked really hard for us. My Sons license had been suspended by an attorney in another state due to an accident in a work vehicle. The insurance had already paid and this attorney was threatening us and demandin we pay him money. Eric sued him and my Sons license was immediately re instated and he was awarded punative damages as well.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
