Hired Attorney Patrick B. Reddy

Without Patrick’s hard work and expertise, I never would have gotten my L&I benefits. I had a workplace injury back in 2012, and L&I refused to cover a lot of my medical bills or physical therapy costs. The first law firm I hired didn’t make any progress, but as soon as I hired Patrick he got results within days! This law firm was on my case at all hours, they were responsive when I called them, and now I’m finally getting reimbursed for my medical bills! I also got extra for physical therapy!!

I hired this law firm to help me with my injury at work. Once, they took my case, the only written communication I received was documents to sign and get my bank account information. I had to contact them and give updates on my case and finally Hunter while repeatedly yawning, while speaking to me on the phone, said that L and I reported that my claim was closed. Totally untrue. Then a few days later, I get an email that Attorney, Patrick Reddy is no longer representing me and good luck in my endeavors! In my opprion, they make a great first impression, stating who my team of staff are working with me, then no one was available for many of my concerns. I am very disappointed with the lack of response and care for me as a former client. Especially, been shown how important my case was with Hunter outwardly yawning during my last contact with this firm.

Emery and reddy hire intake specialist to screen potential clients. I was, unfortunately, turn away from a potential case against my former employer, irg physical therapy gateway out of mill Creek wa. The company on my orientation day ran a poorly run orientation day where I was 1). Gender profile because I was a sketchy looking male 2). Heard inappropriate businesses misconduct that pertains to manipulating patients into believing they need more therapeutic modalities than needed to squeeze extra money out of insurance 3). Inappropriate party planning between a female care coordinator and the president 4). To a inappropriate patient that I should NOT have worked with named Liam who threatened me for being a aide. 5). Reporting his behavior and getting the fired for reporting it. I was never able to remedy these events due to lack of empathy of how humiliating it was to be fired for stating I felt threatened and it would have really helped me. This lawyer group as usual did not care.

This law firm is a joke . Super unprofessional. They took my case and NEVER kept me informed. I contacted Emery Reddy PLLC almost 4 YEARS AGO for a wrongful termination employment matter against the company Asurion. I was told by the attorney Patrick Reddy and Amanda Masters That Emery Readdy was definitely going go represent me and take my case. I signed all the representation documents, attorney client forms and sent all necessary documents needed to successfully move forward with my case. A demand letter was drafted and sent to the company and I was told they would contact me with an update. I contacted Emery Reddy several times for an update after this but was always told someone would get back to me and no one ever got back to me or gave me an update. I just assumed the case wasn't worth their time and they just stopped working on it. Almost 4 years later I get a few random emails from the firm asking me to contact them to talk about my case...super weird NO THANKS!

I signed all the representation documents, attorney client forms and sent all necessary documents needed to successfully move forward with my case. A demand letter was drafted and sent to the company and I was told they would contact me with an update but I never got one. I contacted Emery Reddy several times for an update after this but was always told someone would get back to me and no one ever got back to me or gave me an update. I just assumed the case wasn't worth their time and they just stopped working on it. Almost 4 years later I get a few random emails from the firm asking me to contact them to talk about my case...i seriosuly thought it was spam at first lol It was just too weird and I didnt want to contact them.
