Today is April 1, 2025...and no, this is NOT an April Fool’s joke. I have direct experience with this Business/Law Firm, Emery-Reddy, and Timothy Emery. Current moto, "We Help Workers", for me has been the truth! They can. They do. I partnered with Emery-Reddy in 2022. Since then, our Cases involve Equal Pay and Opportunities Act Laws/Violations. Systematic approaches to Systemic problems. Violators found; City Government, Banking, Financial, Industrial, Retail, Healthcare, Wholesale, Telecommunications, Software and others are being pursued, all for WA State Workers Rights, but ultimately “Workers’ Rights Nationally” is our long-term goal. Current Laws require Employers: 1. Not seek Salary History, 2. Include Pay and/or Benefits with Job Postings/Advertisements. Together, we're exploring over 500 Employers violating these laws! 3 years later, still fighting together for Workers Rights. Tim is an Architect, Visionary, Strategist and Trailblazer! Emery-Reddy has definitely "helped me".

Tim has tremendous litigation skills. I’ve worked with a lot of attorneys, but have never known one more prepared or focused. He dissects the case like a skilled surgeon, with absolute calm and confidence. Nothing seems to rattle this guy or divert him from his objectives with your case, making him extremely tough to beat.
