I applied on my own first and was instantly rejected . I seen Mr Trauring's t.v. advertisement and called . I gave my disability statement over the phone for a free consultation and was accepted right away . I did not actually meet Mr Trauring but was assigned to his assistant and her assistance could not be any better to perfect . It took 2 years for my case and I was awarded almost instantly due to Mr Trauring's assistant . I definitely recommend his firm !
James Trauring is a complete scumbag with an obnoxious personality and ZERO integrity. He makes his living off representing equally disgusting people who don't work, live off the system and will do anything to get money for nothing.
The receptionist is obnoxious and after inappropriately asking for detailed information, she asked for name and number. I provided my first name and number but I wasn’t comfortable giving my last name and she immediately hung up on me.
YES THE OTHER REVIEWER IS RIGHT!! THE RECEPTIONIST IS THE MOST RUDE INDIVIDUAL I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED OVER THE PHONE.. ITS' LIKE UR INTERRUPTING HER BUSY LUNCHBREAK, OR SOMETHING... WE WOUND UP OWING MONEY AFTER THESE SNAKEOIL SALESMEN FINISHED REPPING US... HORRIBLE SERVICE... GO TO ALBANY FOR A LAWYER..
I called for a possible lawsuit for a legitimate problem and was spoken to like I was an imbecile when I was seeking information on the lawsuit process. The woman I spoke to had said I could hire an expert to review my case with a cost of 3,500 but scoughed at the fact that I was interested in taking this route and wouldn't bother to give me further information. The woman then said "bye" and hung up on me when I was in the middle of talking. Very, very rude and condescending.
