There will be short time frames he might not be available due to court or working on your case, but he is always working hard behind the scenes! Caring, compassionate and down to earth attorney.

I was in need of an attorney and had visited several by the time I met Joey. Everyone else wanted a lump payment for their work; for the possibility of a high profile felony case. Joey, however, was willing to work with me and split up payments based on my pay schedule. Once he began representing me, he got right to work defending me and was very aggressive about it. Even though I couldn't reach him right away all of the time, I never worried about being out of the loop or him not doing his job

I thought I was being helped here. He told me he would take care of my DUI because I thought I was wrongfully pulled over. I paid him upfront. Following that, it took 2.5 years before he even got me to court. He never reviewed any video footage. I did all the work myself to get the charges reduced. The only thing he did for me was sit in court to file papers. 6 months after the court case was closed, I found out that my license was suspended because he never filed the papers from the court, and he won't return my phone calls. His communication and responsiveness is nonexistent. I would call and email for 2 months when he was my lawyer without response. He comes off as a nice guy, but his practices are extremely questionable. I now have to figure out how to get my license unsuspended because the court filed the wrong paperwork. This was the worst customer experience you could ever imagine.

He is the worst lawyer. DO NOT HIRE HIM. He will take your money and dodge you. No communication. I hired him for a case in Long County, and then also hired him for a ticket in Liberty County. This man will have you miss work for a court date he rescheduled with no communication. He charged me 5,000 for the case and 1,000 for the ticket. I paid a total of 5,100. My case in Long County was dismissed before the count date due to law enforcement. He agreed to refund me and then has ghosted me. After weeks of delay and broken promises. The excuse he used was he needed to load his cash app for weeks. He has went has far has blocking my number. HE IS A CRIMINAL. Don't hire him. I didnt think a 2,000 refund would take this long. He really owes me more than that. I have been waiting since March 12, 2026 for my refund.

As my lawyer you really disappointed me. You didn’t explain the consequences of taking the plea. Then you agreed to give me a refund since my other case never even got a court date. And a whole month later you have processed my refund like you promised multiple times. As a lawyer you should know that you are violating my consumer rights. Please explain how that is right? Now you have blocked my number from calling your office. Ridiculous
