Hired Attorney David I. Schachter

David is exceptional.Hiring him to counter the ruthless attorney representing my ex was the best decision I made.The assets at stake were substantial. David is detailed and he knows strategy, which paid off in spades.He was marvelous in court and exposed my ex and his attorney's lies.We made reasonable settlement offers, but the other side was greedy and rejected them all.Result: David's trial performance was so superb that we got more in court than we requested. Run to hire him.

David is an excellent lawyer and very professional. He in high demand. He is in high demand. David will go over all the options for you as a client and will allow the client to make their own decision and fight for what his clients want. He will always provide professional and legal recommendations. David was very successful with my divorce and custody battle, as I am a male military officer with joint physical custody, which is a huge success in our system.

Hired Law Firm

I consulted with multiple before ending up in front of David, at which point I retained him. I have referred multiple people to him, and will continue to. If you are looking for an attorney that will fight for you, protect you, negotiate on your behalf, and be someone you can trust to handle something as delicate as a divorce - stop looking, pick up the phone and retain him. He is incredible and I don't know how I would have made it through any of this without him.

Hired Attorney David I. Schachter

David is simply the best divorce attorney around. He is spectacular in court and outdid my husband’s attorney in every way. I walked away with more than I ever hoped to get or believed possible. I was awarded alimony for many years, a big monetary interest in my husband’s business, and much more. I went from being convinced that I would be living in a cardboard box to someone who is now confident with a secure future. Hire him and you won’t regret it!
