    Mr. Clapper has been a competitive jogger/runner for many years. He qualified for and ran in the Boston Marathon and also has run several other marathons as well as many shorter distance races. He also has been an avid sailor for the past 20 years. His boat won the St. Francis Yacht Club's Big Boat Series, and he has raced to Mexico several times and to Hawaii in the Pacific Cup.
