Mr. Gensmer was there for me every step of the way. His reply to emails or phone calls was immediate. He is a professional of solid ethical standing. Going through Bankruptcy is difficult and he made me feel less embarrassed throughout the experience. He helped repair my self-esteem and encourage me on my path to creating a new life post Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.
He is efficient and his fees are reasonable.
He was professional but not a very good communicator. He gave the impression that he was all about making money and not at all interested in our specific situation. The situation was very difficult for our family and we never thought we would need to do something like that. He was not very supportive or caring like we thought he would be. Seemed very indifferent and wanted to move us through the system like everyone else. Not very personable. We dealt with his paralegal more than him.
Very lazy lawyer... I have nothing good to say about this guy so i would rather just say NOTHING.... However As they say buyer beware. That is what i would follow when deciding if you should hire this lazy person. Never returns calls just puts you in the waiting box until you call back hundreds of times. Not worth it.
