Hired Attorney Kenneth M. Poole Jr.

I retained Ken as my attorney in June 2011. Ken was steadfast in his representation of me in long-drawn-out, post-divorce litigation that concluded in June 2019. Ken never once let me down in his knowledge of my case and its myriad of details. In my opinion, Ken is a rock solid, ethical and level-headed attorney. He respectfully listened to my ideas and he managed my expectations. He was 100% on-board with me. I highly recommend Ken.

Hired Attorney Peter J. Krotec

Mr Krotec is an attorney who was, from our initial meeting on, foremost interested in providing a safe place for me to dialogue regarding a very painful divorce. He knows what he's doing; In fact one of the best in florida. So I rarely texted, emailed, called him which kept my bill down. His paralegals are of the highest caliber. Peter exceeded my expectation. He's a decent, smart , funny man who never took financial or emotional advantage of me

I hired SMRL, to represent me, I was told Amanda King was preparing for my case and the upcoming court hearing, she showed up completely unprepared, my witnesses were in the waiting room writing their own questions, evidence was never presented, and the judges statements questioning, "what her point was" only added further disappointment, I was left with a imaginary HUGE bill, and threats of them suing me. Nice!

Hired Attorney Peter J. Krotec

Will dissolve everything you have within a few months of working with him; buyer beware. It was an unfortunate, extremely costly experience. Not even child support was requested despite multiple pleas to Mister Krotek as his client. I will never forget when I became prey at the lowest point of my life, and this person you hire is supposed to protect you. "When they go low, we go high"

I regret very much hiring mister Krotek. The chargers are outgrages ave chart gpt or public defender would have done a better job. The pléthore of meaningless emails will be billed to you in the amount of 50k

Hired Attorney Kenneth M. Poole Jr.

I hired mr Poole and the experience was terrible. He was really concern about me paying the retainer fee more than listening to my case. His team was neither helpful. He took for ever to get back to me every time and never with a real answer. At the end he didn't help me. I needed to hire another attorney and of course, he kept all the money I gave to him as a retainer fee.
I felt him as an arrogant person unwilling to work for you.
