Mark Sessums and his team represented me beautifully in a auto accident case. The case took over two years because Medicaid claimed it had paid some of my expenses for the accident when they were for cancer related charges. I am a senior citizen and every dollar of my recovery was important to me. Mark got me a generous recovery and then fought off Medicaid's claim to my expenses in two appeals within Medicaid system. Mark bailed me out during a 5 year divorce battle. My first attorney was in over his head...and noticeably so... Mark took the case, and never seemed confused or shocked at things that were happening. In fact, he would give me a pretty good idea of what would happen from his experience.. When we settled with the divorce, we opened a legal malpractice suit against my first lawyer because my prenup, that he drew up, was thrown out in the Second DCA. BIG chunk was just recovered !! Thumbs up !!

Mr.Sessums Firm, went over and beyond the call of duty. I will refer him to anyone in need. He showed compassion,Honesty and Respect. I have rated this firm a 5 star,because of the service that was render to me. His team, Amber Messenger-Paralegal, there was never to many emails sent to her that was not timely replied back nor too many phone calls that she timely returned. Mr.Sessumms we as a community need you to be re-creative a 1000 times, there could never be too many of "YOU". Respectfully

I have been involved in a lengthy and complicated divorce for the last four years. During that time I hired three other attorneys who I feel were not trustworthy and did not treat my case with the skill and diligence it required. After deciding there were no longer attorneys a person could trust, I met Mark. He stepped in to an absolute mess of a divorce and with honesty and integrity helped me with my case. Stayed on phone/online late with me to help get info during child's medical emergency and to facilitate a negotiation on the eve of a court date. Very effective representation.
