She was very easy to talk to. You feel like she really cares about your case. That is very important with any case but in mine it was very important because going through a divorce is the hardest thing I have ever gone through other then a death and I interviewed 4 lawyers. The worst lawyer at Perry Johnson handled my divorce. This firm will bill in six hour blocks, not resolve your case, and will drag out litigation in order to charge you thousands and thousands of dollars. This is a law firm that is KNOWN for excessive billing, and not acting in their clients' best interests. RUN FROM THIS FIRM !! I got a consultation from another family law attorney and she told me, "In every circumstance where Sheila of Perry Johnson should have argued on your behalf, she simply agreed for you to pay the higher amount and bear the higher expense. She didn't do you any favors at all." Don't make the same mistake I did, and trust these people. They did nothing for me as a client and I had to report them to the State Bar for excessive billing after they put a lien on my house.
I came to find Scott as very dishonest and very unprofessional and untrustworthy. Instead of just trying to win his cases on merit he likes to be sneaky and dishonest. If you want a sneaky lawyer he’s your man.
Traci has proven herself to be the type of attorney that will look to maximize her compensation rather than help her client get through the process in the most cost effective and successful manner. She files motions that contain lies and inuendos and cost the client thousands of dollars while accomplishing nothing of significance. She also has no issue making up reasons to go to court and lying in court. Traci and her large office team, while very expensive, still push to have additional expensive outside"specialists" help them go through basic legal documents at a large cost to her client. She's proven herself to be the type of attorney that give lawyers a bad name. Retain her at your own risk to your wallet.
