Rip me off overcharged me talked to other lawyers that worked for himthey all said the same i should paid 1/3 of wat he charged he wanted to have a good wedding i was told wat a way to start a marriage becarefull he always wants money in the binder look elsewhere
They are extremely expensive, untimely and unorganized on responses. I spend 8000 dollars for one court appearance and 4 unorganized responses. They even judged me for marrying my ex husband. They did not change anything for my children and I. Total waste of time and money. The attorney I had even told me to subpeona CYFD. Jay does not keep promises at all.
To state the facts of my case, my divorce did not have any disputes regarding property or assets to divide; we did not even dispute custody of the children. The only dispute was his refusal to sign the agreement which ultimately only required a default order. After 5 months and over $4,500.00 (and an additional bill of $1,800.00) I am divorced and I am not even receiving child support or the meager items awarded to me including legal fees and I am in a worse position today than I was before.
