Going through a bankruptcy is .. difficult, to say the least, and let's be honest; our expectations from lawyers is so-so. Gail immediately demonstrated her kindness by her willingness to work around limited availability to meet due to significant work restrictions on the part of the client, her collaboration throughout the process, double checking data and her continual responsiveness to questions arising on this side.
