Mr. Genis was not forthright in detailing the process of dealing with the courts. His office staff acted quickly only when dealing with the money...when it came time to deal with ME it took a great deal of effort to receive a callback from Mr. Genis. He promised he kept his client list down in an effort to focus on the clients he represents. Not so. He will take ALL clients - b/c most of them have already built a case against themselves and Mr. Genis can't get you out of such trouble. He lies
Absolutely horrible.. Wouldn't return phone calls or follow through with phone meetings. No communication to me about my case, he had so many other court dates on the same day everybody including the judge was asking me where my lawyer was at. I would have been much better off speaking with a public defender, they would have spent more time with me communicating about my case. I cant recommend his services under any circumstances.
