Hired Law Firm

My son was the injured party. When this law firm found out that there was a max payout of $50,000 dollars they did not advise us. This amount barely covered his injuries, by the time they took their payment out of it we actually stilled owed money to the hospital etc. They were hard to get a hold of and you never new who was going to be helping you, it varied based on where you were in the claim process. The only way we ever knew what was going on was if we called them.

Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
