Not worth the risk: I hired Wayne McIntosh three times. The first, a divorce/custody was successful but way more costly than necessary. The second, a trust revision, was high cost perfunctory boilerplate. The last, a minor dispute with neighbors that McIntosh turned into a $136,000 fiasco. He was way out of his depth with contract law and fraud. When the case went sour, I was left with legal bills ten times what the case was worth; he blamed the judge. I hope others can learn from my mistake.
There is no question that EVERYTHING Wayne does is based on his own selfish and unethical greed for money. He will stop at nothing to prolong the case for his own billable hours. He is controlling and misleading and has a belligerent awful side to him that rears it's ugly head when you dare to disagree with him or do something he doesn't like. And don't even bother asking him to explain anything to you because you will be far more confused then you were to begin with. Not only is his communication confusing and sum what belittling, but he makes sure he takes forever with his mind boggling explanation so he can charge you his overpriced fees for as long as he can get you to sit there trying to figure out what it is he is saying. I strongly urge you to seek other representation.
