My firm handles civil lawsuits primarily in the areas of collections, contract/business litigation, insurance and personal injury. I both prosecute and defend these matters. Hired Attorney Joseph R. Kafka

Joseph R Kafka provided me with misleading info during my law suite with the contractor who disappeared without finishing the job and calmed ridiculous amount for the work that never had been done. Attorney Joseph R Kafka came to the hearing absolutely unprepared, and as the result I lost the suite that cost me 13K. Beware of this "attorney"

This situation is a mystery to me. I not recall defending a homeowner against a contractor and losing the case at trial. I fully prepare for trials and do my best at all times. My lawyer peers have highly rated me for legal ability and ethics. I do right

Hired Attorney Joseph R. Kafka

What a horrible man. I was referred to him by my legal insurance to help me with my dental insurance refusing to provide me with treatment for a broken/infected tooth. He said that he wouldn’t be the right attorney for my problem because he’s a contracts attorney, then when I asked why this wouldn’t be a contract issue since they are denying benefits I am contracted to receive, he just sighed like he was annoyed & hung up on me. The most unprofessional attorney ever!

I could not help this person. I explained why and she persisted. I should have explained again rather than hanging up. I am more patient now with such calls.
