This attorney is a scam - contacted his office on 8/16/23 to discuss a case. Provided all the details and the receptionist informed me that she will discuss these details with the Terkaina and his team and will contact back. Same day, after 30 mins, I received call back informing that as per their team, there are possibilities and an appointment with Terkiana is required to discuss further. I paid $250 for phone appointment with Terkiana for appointment on 8/18/23 at 3:15pm On 8/18/23, at 3:20pm, received call from Terkiana. First thing he said after greetings is that there is no possibilities and nothing he can do about it. It shocked me that without hearing the details he gave me his advise. So what was the discussion they had before telling me there are possibilities. In the nutshell, they knew there are no possible ways in this case but instead of telling me on the spot, made me pay $250 and then said no.
