What an extraordinary lawyer and person Tracy Lemmon is! I had been quite reluctant to a lawyer to help me to fight an aggressive and toxic environment where I worked. After about 2-1/2 years of harrassment, I finally decided to reach out. I looked carefully because I wanted a quiet and fair attorney who would mediate and help me avoid court and trial. I was unexpectedly terminated by my employer and given a lengthy document to sign, all of which protected and indemnified the company, but gave me nothing. The strategy was for me to do the corresponding and talking with her coaching and guidance, because if she responded directly on my behalf, they would lawyer up and it would get really expensive really fast.
