- Terrible communication: It often took weeks to get a reply to an email, and phone calls were ignored unless you called from a number they didn’t recognize. - Missed deadlines: She missed important USCIS deadlines even though I kept reminding her, send her emails numerous times - False promises and misleading statements: She went ahead with a USCIS filing even though she knew in advance it wouldn’t be accepted because of USCIS’s rules (visa bulletin), as a result it was rejected. She also told me she filed paperwork on time, but USCIS said she actually missed the deadline. - Not keeping commitments: She often promised things by certain dates but didn’t deliver. Whether it was in writing or in conversation, I couldn’t rely on her commitments. Overpromising and underdelivering became the norm. - Refusing to provide my documents: The office wouldn’t give me my own files.
This lawyer wasted my time she did not make an effort to help me. I would never recommend Svetlana Kaff to no one she just took my money and did zero what she was hired to do!!! EXTREME CAUTION... When I came for a consult, she promised to find a solution to my issue and offered a few options. I was a client for 2 years and Svetlana Kaff just dragged time, kept rescheduling my case submitting, and finally, when she got all the money from me she broke the contract for no reason. At the end SHE IGNORED ALL HER PROMISES, said there is nothing she can do and never helped me to get a green card. I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK ($19,200) OR SERVICE REIMBURSEMENT
