No, she cannot have him deported. He is a US permanent resident. Does he have a 10-year card or does he have a conditional residence?

Can I apply for my husband a green card and how would I do that?

Answered by attorney Myron Russell Morales (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Quan Law Group, PLLC
You need to schedule a consultation with an attorney as you husband will probably need waivers. This is assuming that he does not trigger the permanent bar. His case appears to be complex and warrants closer examination.

Can I get my boyfriend his green card if we get married outside of the US?

Yes, you can marry outside the US. He should not enter the US unlawfully as then he would not be eligible for adjustment of status and would seriously affect his immigrant visa application at the US consulate.
