Hired Law Firm

I worked with Stacey Poole during my unexpected divorce. She made this difficult time in my life so much easier to process and resolve. Stacey is very knowledgeable, dedicated and very responsive. From our first meeting, she explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meetings. I would recommend Stacey to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and results driven lawyer.

Hired Attorney Stacey Poole

Terrible representation during a child support mediation. Stacey Poole was outmaneuvered by opposing counsel at every step, agreeing to their chosen mediator and meeting in their offices where they had a clear advantage. After a full day of mediation, she not only persuaded me to sign a WORSE deal than we'd been offered prior to mediation, she also neglected to ask for the 5k in legal fees from my ex that she'd said in advance she would request. So I signed a worse deal and was on the hook for thousands of dollars in fees that I wasn't expecting to pay. Awful experience.

The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
