Hired Attorney

Working with John McKay was a great experience. He provided all the information necessary for me to make an informed decision on my case. I originally attempted to handle this on my own and to get information from American Airlines was next to impossible to the point where they would not respond to me. Once I hired John, he explained the process to me and provided the important details along the way. He was able to correspond with the airlines on my behalf and helped me weigh my options. If I had questions, he was always there to answer them. Ultimately, John brought my case to a successful conclusion and it is much appreciated!

Hired Attorney

John McKay is one the finest in the business. Some lawyers leave good impressions, especially when your client is a small guy. He was on top my case against Air France immediately after carefully listening to my complain. A tough, reliable and trustworthy attorney. I will not hesitate recommending him. Good luck John.

Hired Attorney

This guy is the absolute worst. He has no idea how to treat a human being with respect. I hope you never have the need to hire this guy, if you do just hope you have caught him in a decent mood. Thanks.

Dear "Anonymous": I can determine from the date of your post who you are. I do feel that I always treated you with respect, even though I had to ask you to temper your expectations to what the medical evidence could support. I cannot change the evidence, which you know was not entirely favorable. I can only present the best case I can based on the evidence that exists. I truly believe that I represented you with respect and honesty, although I know you did not care for the honesty part. "Respect" and "a decent mood" do not mean agreeing with a client when the evidence does not support the client's desired claim. I am sorry that my candor with you made you feel I am "the absolute worst." I can say without hesitation that the vast majority of my clients have been happy with the results that I have obtained for them.
