Ken & I met in a Marshal's holding cell for the 1st time 5 years ago, AKA , my rock-bottom. 🚫prior criminal history-nothing beyond a DMV hearing. Now I sat in a room, still in trauma from the HSI•DEA•ATF•FBI•ICE•USPIS blur of a raid I had underwent 36 hrs I was facing 20 years in Federal Prison. Ken told me everything I needed to hear to keep me sane. He made broad estimations of departure and bail dates; they came and went. I hated him for it. & he saved my life in the process. He allowed me the months in custody to attain genuine sobriety. He sought me the hard-knock rehab I Desperately needed & endured for 2 years.
