Diana Romanov is a San Francisco-based family law attorney, licensed in both California and Germany, and a certified Family Law Specialist. Fluent in English, Russian, and German, Ms. Romanov offers legal counsel, representation, and mediation services to serve a broad client base. Her prior experience includes work as a prosecutor for the Regional Superior Court of Berlin's District Attorney's Office and positions with prominent law firms, including Beiten Burghard & Wegner and Linklaters Oppenhoff & Raedler. Ms. Romanov has been recognized for her volunteer work with the Bar Association of San Francisco, receiving the Justice and Diversity Center’s Outstanding Pro Bono Award for Family Law in 2012 and 2013.
She holds a J.D. in family law from Freie University School of Law in Berlin and an LL.M. in U.S. Legal Studies from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. Since moving to San Francisco in 2009, she has built a boutique family law firm, connecting deeply with clients through her understanding of diverse cultures and her personal experience with divorce. Ms. Romanov's practice includes child custody, support matters, asset division, and both prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
