Mr Mitchell has been our family attorney for a number of years. Our last encounter proved to be rather disappointed. For some unknown reason, he failed to review the reverent file regarding our meeting. He corrected his error only during a subsequent meeting. To add insult to injury he nevertheless billed us for the first meeting. I chose not to raise the issue since it was too much trouble to consult a different counsel. Given his high hourly rarte of $800, he should be prepared.
