Hired Attorney Randall Richard Walton

Recently I had occasion to engage Randy Walton and his firm to represent me on a legal matter. I found Mr. Walton very competent and well versed in the matter before us. Not only did he know pertinent statutes, but likely outcomes. He was able to explain them clearly to a non-attorney like myself in such a way as to avoid any ambiguity about my matter. Mr. Walton’s competency is also recognized by other professionals insofar as he has been engaged annually to speak to physicians at the annual conference of the California Association of Long Term Care Medicine on the issue of nursing home care and neglect. In 2006, he was invited to speak on the same subject at the California Bar Association’s annual meeting. Whereas knowledge of the law is something one might expect of any competent attorney. What distinguishes Mr. Walton is his empathy, his personal concern about his client and the effect a particular legal matter has on his client’s life.

I reached out to Walton Law Firm to get some advice after I was getting the run around from an insurance company in a claim that I made. Randy Walton took my call, heard my story, and then gave me some really helpful suggestions to help me fight back on my own. Mr. Walton made me feel really comfortable, and explained to me how these insurance companies think. While I didn't have a case that his firm would take, he helped coach me through it and he didn't charge me for his time. How nice is that? We are lucky to have lawyers like Mr. Walton in North County.

If you are reading this review you have found the right lawyer to take on your case. After several weeks of researching several potential lawyers to take on a personal injury case for my son, with several of them communicating that with all the evidence there was no case. I decided to give it one more try and if this lawyer decided to not take on this case, I would not look any further. . It was a long process, however, Randy and Sarah (paralegal) showed professionalism at all times, open lines of communication, knowledgeable, explained everything in “laymen terms”, and kept a positive uplifting energy thought-out the whole process. The Walton Law Firm won a judgement for my son who will now have his college paid for, and we have so much gratitude to the Walton Law Firm. If Walton accepts your case you will be in good hands, my son and I can attest to this 100%. My son and I are very grateful for these two accepting and winning our case.

Randy and Luke were invaluable to us, representing us in my mother’s wrongful death lawsuit. They are professional, thorough and extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Their care and thoughtfulness toward us during an emotional time made a difficult process so much more comfortable and easy for us. They achieved a better outcome than we hoped for and were so thorough in explaining the process and helping us understand every aspect. We felt like we had real friends on our side, who cared about achieving the best for us and they did! We would never use anyone else!

I had a very complicated case, two accidents in 120 days, multiple complicated surgeries and two underinsured drivers. Randy was well prepared, mediation was proposed and the mediator praised all of Randy’s work as well as his reality of what Randy believed the case was worth. To say Randy is good is an understatement, he is among the tops in his field, on top of that he has caring and empathy and works hard to see that little guy really does have a fighting chance.

Finding a parent dead at a Rehab Center can be devastating and emotional tragic life event that no one should go through. This was the only firm where the actual Attorney was the first contact. The Walton team (Randy, Luke & Sarah) were amazing, honest and supportive. They did all the hard work for the best outcome that could be expected when a family is fighting a big corporation. In our experience we can honestly say that they are the "BEST" Legal Eagles in the County and we are grateful.
